Account Executive
Description:
Duties and responsibilities of the Business Account Executive include, but are not limited to the following: Handles small business accounts with 1 to 50 employees # Cold calling, prospecting, scheduling appointments and developing relationships at customer locations. # Prepare and present professional corporate business proposals and executive presentations. # Manage a territory which includes a specific area. # Consistently meet and/or exceed quotas. # Must continuously self educate to maintain a broad knowledge of solutions, complex products and services and selling skills. # Facilitate maintenance (reducing churn) of existing small business base to drive sales. # Serve as a liaison to the local business community by representing JCC with local business associations. # Work closely with the staff and customer service to facilitate good customer relations and increase sales. # Proactively seeks opportunities to sell complex solutions to existing customers and prospects across the spectrum.
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications # Business Degree and/or equivalent sales experience # 1 to 2 years successful sales experience preferably in the technology, data and/or telecommunications industry with a proven record of accomplishment in meeting quota and solution selling/account management. # Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills # Strong organizational and time management skills # Decision making and problem solving capabilities # Strong negotiation skills, confidently and aggressively seek new business # Valid driver#s license with satisfactory driving record, current auto insurance and reliable vehicle per transportation needs of market.# Proven ability to sell complex solutions # Ability to present professional image of self and Company # Ability to function effectively as part of a team

Position:
Desktop Support Technician
Description:
The Desktop Support Technician role is to ensure proper computer operation so that end users can accomplish business tasks. This includes receiving, prioritizing, documenting, and actively resolving end user help requests. Problem resolution may involve the use of diagnostic and help request tracking tools, as well as require that the individual give in-person, hands-on help at the desktop level. This includes working with network engineering staff, troubleshooting hardware and software, telecommunications hardware and software, all peripheral printer/copier hardware and software, and coordinating maintenance services. The Desktop Support Technician will maintain and log all services rendered to the clients for tracking and SLA requirements.
Qualifications:
Required Skills: Troubleshoot Hardware and software issues.Experience supporting Windows and Apple desktops with knowledge of Microsoft products such as Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Apple applications including Entourage, etc.# Basic network operations knowledge.# Experience in general office procedures.
